Adjustment:
Unique and specific treatment provided by a doctor of chiropractic. The chiropractic adjustment is a procedure in which trained specialists use their hands or a small instrument to apply a controlled, sudden force to a spinal joint. The goal of this procedure, also known as spinal manipulation, is to improve spinal motion and improve your body’s physical function.

Our office offers diversified adjustments, flexion distraction and drop table techniques.

Soft Tissue:
Designed to improve the quality and health of your soft tissues. This is done by applying gradual pressure to tender spots on your body to relax and lengthen the fascia and eliminate the nagging knots that build up over time.

Therapeutic Exercise:
The scientific use of bodily movement to restore normal function in injured tissues or to maintain a state of well being. Therapeutic exercises are also known as corrective exercises.

Neural Flossing:
A specialized technique used to treat nerves that have been entangled with the soft tissues around around the nerve. You floss your teeth to remove food particles between your teeth and prevent plaque or cavities. Sometimes nerves develop scar tissue which needs to be flossed to remove adhesions and scar tissue for proper function.   

Cupping:
An ancient form of alternative medicine used for many purposes which include pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and as a type of deep tissue massage.
